I don’t think you’ll sell any cookies on e-bay!! People usually go to the grocery store for them. And they would probably be stale by the time you shipped the cookies to wherever they are going. Not a very intelligent idea.

if you kept it small probably not but if you get big then yes you probably need a license there not very expensive to buy.

Yep, you need a license. I’m not sure about the regulators in NV, but here in Michigan, you would need a permit from either the Health Department or Dept. of Agriculture (depending on whether you are considered food service or a grocer).

no, i dont think it is. If your doing it through ebay/advertisement it shud def be okay. although wont they melt if you ship them far? but great way though to raise money!! GOOD LUCK!!

you don’t need a license but you might want to consider getting a seal from the BBB. you also have to consider that you may not be able to ship to all countries. some countries have bans on importing certain foods or ingredients in foods. i would check with your city councillor.

you need all kinds of licences and permits to go into the food bussiness
