Reciprocity

Reciprocity

$89.48

Reciprocity is the basis of social relations. It permits a peaceful and free society in which people and rights are respected. The essence of families and communities, it also enables the working of markets and organizations, while correcting their main failures. Reciprocity is also a basis of politics, and it justifies social policies. Although the importance of reciprocity has been widely recognized in other social sciences, it has, until recently, been somewhat ignored in economic analysis. Over the past three decades, economic theorist and moral philosopher Serge-Christophe Kolm has been at the forefront of research into the economics of the deepest aspects of societies. In Reciprocity, he provides a unique in-depth analysis of the motives, conducts, and effects of reciprocal relationships. In doing this, he explains crucial functionings of society and its economy, and the ways in which they can be improved. This book should be read by economists, sociologists, philosophers, and anyone concerned with understanding the economy of social relationships and its far-reaching consequences.

"Reciprocity is an exciting book—it forces its readers to rethink some important issues in recent moral philosophy."—Ruth Anna Putnam, Ethics "By reciprocity Becker understands a complex disposition to make suitable return for the benefit we receive from others, to resist the harm others inflict on us rather than retaliate for it, and to make restitution for the harm we ourselves cause. . . . This is a clearly written book which makes fresh contributions to a number of topics."—A. D. M. Walker, Philosophical Books

Child support plays an important role in providing support for a custodial parent child / children. In today's world, a single mother who works should provide children the best possible way. The Arizona Division of Child Support Enforcement (DCSE) helps both the custodial and non-custodial parent establish, collect and enforce child support payments.

Applying Child Support Laws

Maintenance services of the children are given both the custodial and noncustodial parents. These services provide custodial parents with establishing paternity and child support, localization noncustodial parent, and enforcement of child support in Arizona. These services are automatically provided to families receiving public assistance under the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF). Parents who are not under the program can still receive free services from the (DCSE) completing an application to receive child support enforcement services provided to you.

When completing the application, be prepared to provide information, such as no-name non-custodial parent, address and Social Security number, address of recent employer, information on the non-custodial parents income or any assets they may attain.

Establishing Child Support laws

When setting child support children, the DCSE office will work with both custodial and noncustodial parents. When you set the child support, the court shall determine the amount of money non-custodial parent will pay each month. The court will also decide which parent to provide medical support for the child or children.

Enforce laws of Arizona Child Support

When a non-custodial parent avoids paying their child support obligations, the Arizona DCSE will enforce several methods to encourage parents to pay. These methods include the withholding of income, new hire reporting, liens preventive against any property you may own, suspension of driver's license, passport denial, and the interception of lottery winnings. There are also many other methods to enforce support child Arizona law.

Modification of Child Support Laws

When circumstances arrive as if one parent is laid off from work, may request a review of child support. The request must be in writing and have a reason as to why the examination should be considered by the courts. It may take six months before both parents know the results of changes in maintenance children.
