A native of Immokalee, Florida, Edgerrin James was born on 1 August 1978. Currently playing the quarterback position in Arizona, the Cardinals NFLA, James has had lots of practice in relation to competition.

After being recruited directly from Immokalee High School in Florida, Edgerrin James enrolled at the University of Miami where he became one of the most successful riders in the history of the school's.
