What is the weather in late December in Pheonix, Arizona? ?
I am going to visit my friend there from 26 to 31. I need to know the temperature, so I know what to wear, since I'm from New York and generally is 20 degrees or less by then. I ask her, but she just moved there this year. I just need a rough estimate. =]
It's very nice here December's cold at night. Today's high temperature was around 70 and the expected low is around 45. Id suggest planning in temps from 55 to 70 during the day, Afternoon high. Night Temps 30 to 45. Have fun when you come here!

We have a Homeowners Association that has not maintained the property.What can we do?
I live in a house in Scottsdale Arizona. Owners Association / Property Managament has not maintained the property. Collecting association fees and then not do nothing while the property corresponds to the total abandonment. We have taken a serious loss of value in our house, while other houses in the area have increased. Are there any you can take legal action or anything we can do?
You are entitled to know what fees are being used for. You may request financial statements of them. If unresponsive or unwilling to provide me would contact the board of directors (if not the same thing). Otherwise you may need An audit of a lawyer.
