How much commision do commercial real estate agent make and do they make more then residenyial agents?

At first i was thinking of becoming a residential real estate agent but then, someone told me about commercial real estate and i was wondering would that be a better career choice and does it work the same as residential. If so, that would be major commision on a $40 million building and that would be a better route i would love to take.

Tips on Selling a Home More Easily

A variety of measures are available for selling your home more easily. Continue reading for tips on how to apply them… 1. Remain open to negotiating a lower price for your home in exchange for other more favorable terms, such as including fewer items with the home. 2. If the home needs any major repairs that you cannot afford right now, offer to finish them upon selling the property. However, it is better to do this beforehand when possible. First impressions are always important, so try to make you home look it’s best before you put it on the market. 3. Provide your realtor with a duplicate key to the house, or access to a key via a lock box; this will enable him or her to show the home to potential buyers at times when it isn’t convenient for you to be present. 4. Select an asking price which allows for at least a slightly lower offer you can accept. However, don’t make the price so high that it intimidates the home buyers capable of offering an acceptable sum. 5. Consider holding an open house. Individuals who are reluctant to schedule a showing can easily visit, potentially becoming interested in the home. 6. Review your home’s listing(s) on the MLS and real estate agency web sites, and report any significant inaccuracies to your realtor. Be sure your listing has great pictures of your home, to draw potential new buyers in! Following these tips should make selling your house more easily possible, while saving time and money.

More Than One Reason to Replace Windows and Doors

I could write a lengthy article about the efficiency and comfort benefits of replacement windows and doors. After all there are those new to Phoenix, Arizona who may believe that without the bitter cold of northern climates the role of windows and doors are minimal. This belief is far from the truth. Efficient window treatments and doors allow the cool air to stay in while keeping the heat of Arizona outside. Where northern neighbors use these home improvements to keep the cold out and the heat in Arizonians must rely on the reverse thought in order to tolerate the dry heat. Phoenix, Arizona window and door treatments often rely on treated glass that works to keep harmful rays out of the home as well. This could all be a matter of practicality and functionality, but the truth is many homeowners desire a special look to their home. Windows and doors are often the focal point of their improvements. Arched, beveled, triple pane as well as windows with decorative elements tastefully located between panes makes for the tip of the iceberg in window selection. Doors account for significant sales as well with solid core, steel and glass-enhanced doors gracing the front of homes in Phoenix. Think for a moment of the primary uses of a door. It is through those doors that we find a gateway to where we are going and the place we go to get away from everything else. It is through those doors that we welcome friends and family while keeping the unfamiliar out. Doors provide that personalized sound that let’s us know when the kids get home. It is through the window that we watch children play, wave to a neighbor and enjoy the morning sun. It is those windows where curious children and grandchildren leave their fingerprints for us to alternately clean and remember the mark they leave on us, too. Windows and doors are more than just a decorate part of the home. Imagine a home without windows ? a wall without doors. One opens the home up to the world outside while the other provides reasonable boundaries. Perhaps it is taking it too far, but windows and doors are a picture of our view on the world. Perhaps it is possible that the windows and doors you choose say a lot about your life perspective. There are homes without windows. A gentleman in Nebraska built one this way because he worked nights and slept during the day. Without windows he was able to sleep more comfortably while the world around him moved about in the daylight. The problem was his house was not sellable when he located a job in another town. He eventually had to tear down the house and simply sell the land because no one quite knew how to exist in a home without sunlight. Windows and doors say a lot about those who call Phoenix, Arizona home. Replacement doors and windows can provide both the functionality of improved energy goals while providing a sense of the individual personality of the homeowners and how they view the world around them.
