You can make up the name want .. is not important. Who cares what you call it? The problem with names is that only mean something for using the word. This means something different others. That's where you run into problems when asking for a "name" style … and get something unexpected. The stylists have names in common, but the general public contribute to their own, and mix it up. The best thing to do, always, is to take a photo or two of what you want. Then there is no confusion. It may then say if your hair will or not. Not all styles are suitable for you and your hair. How I can prevent someone from suing me several times and several things out of spite?

If someone had a business relationship with is crazy and wants to sue me again and again for different things until I got nailed for something, how I can let someone sue me on several occasions and several things out of spite? Furthermore, what if I kept demanding for things I am truly innocent of drainage and my legal fees. Note: This is not really happening to me. I wonder how the law can protect someone from a contentious trial.

The legal term is "malicious litigant." Many states have an automatic limit in the number of applications towards a plaintiff can present itself in a year. In addition, the accused can always go to court and request that a specific named person as malicious litigant. Once a tag is issued, the applicant is subject to additional limitations in their ability to sue. What these restrictions will depend on the state. Some one must have a lawyer (because lawyers are prohibited by the canons of ethics of advancing a frivolous or malicious claim), some one must have a judge to sign the application before he files, and some must post a bond to cover the defendants, if he loses. Surveillance at home?

I just got in foster care and having to face the charges. So I just wanted to know if whether or not illegal to have audio and video surveillance at home. Not to spy, but to justify what is happening in my own home. I understand it is illegal to have video in places and bedroom and bathroom. It is illegal to have audio of the child in those places. And should be aware of the audio recording in order not to be sued by the parents. Ps I live in Arizona

You have rights and if it is your home, you can use the surveillance equipment. However, you will not be able to use it in court unless the other parties are aware of the camera is recording.
